NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-003594 DIV B, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF QUITY ONE ABS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-2 is Plaintiff and EDWIN A. CHINOWTH; TONYA RENAE CHINOWTH AKA TONYA R. CHINOWTH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, Room 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33602 at 2pm, on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, TEMPLE TERRACE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 76, Of The Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
