Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2012 and entered in CASE NO: 51-2009-CA-006941-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QS3 , is the Plaintiff, and GASSEN A. GUTIERREZ, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 47, THOUSAND OAKS PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
