Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale docketed February 24, 2012 and entered in CASE NO: 51-2009-CA-000524-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2004RS12, is the Plaintiff, and TERRI MAZZUCO, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 798, GULF HIGHLANDS, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14 PAGES 143 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
