NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-004811 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOSE BLANCO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 2pm on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, the George E. Edgecomb Building located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 52, Block 8, Cameo Villas Unit No. 6, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, at Page 50 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
