NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001304 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ROD C. HARTWICK A/K/A ROD CHARLES HARTWICK; MARGARET J. HARTWICK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 30 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1323, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
