NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-018350-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC as successor by merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Yussec E. Yong a/k/a Yussec Yong and Barbara Yong, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on April 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 976, KENSINGTON PARK UNIT #7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 16, 16A, AND 16B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
