NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-009060-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as trustee, for the certificateholders, cwabs, Inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2007-8, Plaintiff and Daniel R. Ingersoll and Chrystal A. Ingersoll, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on April 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1849, 40TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION. A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 41, 41A-41E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
