LOTS 15930 & 15931, SOUTH VENICE UNIT 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
