NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 18, 2010, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-014089 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and RICHARD K. WHITE, SHAWN WHITE, and GREAT WHITE REALTY, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on March 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, SARASOTA VENICE COMPANY SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT A 5/8 INCH IRON ROD AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SWIFT ROAD AND THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF MARLETTE STREET; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 116.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 1'8” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 76.92 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 40' 10” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 90.61 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 3' 45” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 6.83 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 9 DEGREES 56' 15” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 25.38 FEET TO A POINT ON THE AFORESAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SWIFT ROAD; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 3' 45” WEST, ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 72.24 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
