NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA503NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., is Plaintiff, and MICHELE A. MARSHALLA A/K/A MICHELE MARSHALLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE A. MARSHALLA A/K/A MICHELE MARSHALLA; COUNTRY MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MELINDA A. DELPECH, P.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of April, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, COUNTRY MANOR UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
