NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008384-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and NOELLA DABNEY A/K/A NOELLA M DABNEY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NOELLA DABNEY A/K/A NOELLA M DABNEY; STONERIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 3rd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

STONERIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005158106, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENT APPURTENANT THERETO.
