MANNING; MARCIE S. MANNING; FAIRWAY BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
