NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 016021 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO ANTONELLI; THE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; WACHOVIA BANK, NA; PAOLA ANTONELLI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, BUILDING 1, THE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1043, PAGES 1685 THROUGH 1718, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
