NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA012051 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHERYL P. BRILLIANT; ROBERT M. BRILLIANT; LEONARD S. KRUK; LEONARD S. KRUK INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE KRUK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST U/A/D APRIL 23, 2002; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC.; MYRIAM E. KRUK; MYRIAM E. KRUK INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE KRUK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST U/A/D APRIL 23, 2002; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE HAMPTONS OF SARASOTA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK E, HAMPTONS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
