NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007175-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MICHELE PATESTIDES AKA MICHELE I. PATESTIDES, TANYA AHRENS AKA TANYA LEE AHRENS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR E-LOAN INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE PATESTIDES AKA MICHELE I. PATESTIDES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TANYA AHRENS AKA TANYA LEE AHRENS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of April, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
