NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of February, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032396-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR2 MORTGAGE-THROUGH CERTIFICATE is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL HEMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; VICTORIA PINES CONDOMINIUM, INC.; VIDYA HEMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LUIS DUARTE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of April, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 170, PHASE 8, VICTORIA PINES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8387, PAGE 3089, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
