NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th of February 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-26052, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING , LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and TULIO ALZATE A/K/A TULIO C. ALZATE; FALCON TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; CLAUDIA GARCIA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of April, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, FALCON TRACE UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 119-121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
