NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 16th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-11540, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and CARLOS MAURICIO ROJAS; CYPRESS WOODS, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN D. HAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS MAURICIO ROJAS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of April 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

That Certain condominium parcel know as building No. 11, Unit No. 1110, and an undivided interest in the land, common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of Cypress Woods, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 2522, Page 960-1005, as amended by amendment recorded in Official Records Book 2557, Page 722-732; and also amended by second amendment, recorded in Offricial Records Book 2669, Page 1556, being re-recorded in Official records Book 2678, Page 885; and a third re-recording in Official Records Book 2679, Page 1733, and further amended by amendment recorded in Official Records Book 2746, Page 1868; and as shown by plot plans of the Condominium Book 3, Pages 24-37, as amended by plot plans recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 135-139, all of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
