NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-09596, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MITCHELL G. MENAKER; DEANA MENAKER; AMSOUTH BANK; LAKE NONA ESTATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; EDWARD KRUMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
