NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013516-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2007-4N is Plaintiff and ANTHONY C. DAVINO; LYNN DAVINO; TENANT #1; FALCON TERRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 101, FALCON TRACE UNIT 3, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 65-68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
