NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-32690, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. CITIBANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE OR ITS NOMINEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVERSIONS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE is Plaintiff and JOHN RESTREPO; LUZNERY SALAZAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN RESTREPO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUZNERY SALAZAR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR EQUILLIANCE, LLC; DISCOVERY PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
