NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-011743-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA18, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA18 is the Plaintiff and ANN LANDAU; CRAIG LANDAU; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHARTRES GARDENS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
