NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006581 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-M2 is Plaintiff and ANDRE MORRIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDRE MORRIS; BERMONDE MORRIS A/K/A BERMONDE POINCY MORRIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERMONDE MORRIS A/K/A BERMONDE POINCY MORRIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; DANIELS CROSSING HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, DANIELS CROSSING, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 23-24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
