NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-021341 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company , as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificate holders for Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-13 is Plaintiff and JEAN ST JEAN; MARIE M. CERATUG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, ROBINSWOOD SECTION 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
