NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005181 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and KENT M. JOHNSON; IRRINA A. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE GREENS COA, INC F/K/A ORLANDO ACADAMY CAY CLUB I COA, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR PARAGON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4611, THE ORLANDO ACADEMY CAY CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8919, PAGES 2522 THROUGH 2779, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
