NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-026536-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AMTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and GILBERT POLANCO A/K/A G. POLANCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GILBERT POLANCO A/K/A G. POLANCO IF ANY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; STONEYBROOK WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLK 15, STONEYBROOK WEST UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
