NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-022525-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and James O. Holton and Christine A. Holton, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, THREE PALMS POINT UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
