NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015378 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2, Plaintiff and The Estate of Clare E. Roney, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 301, THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SHORE TOWERS BUILDING OF TOWN APARTMENTS SOUTH NO. 103, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 36 THROUGH 38, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2935, PAGES 281 THROUGH 335, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
