NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009941 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and The Estate of Raymond D. Moore, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3105, BUILDING 3, LAKEVIEW OF LARGO PHASE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3793, PAGE 891, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
