NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009856 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Russell A. May are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION: FROM THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 34 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 58' 10” WEST 7 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 126 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT NORTH 0 DEGREES 03' 30” EAST, 29.82 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 34; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 03' 30” EAST, 50 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 34 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF, THENCE NORTH 68 DEGREES 05' 05” EAST 86.74 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 34 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF LOT 35; FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 35 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING RUN SOUTH 20 DEGREES 17'22” WEST 105.81 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 35 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 52'52” EAST 18 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 35; THENCE IN A STRAIGHT LINE 101 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BLOCK 18, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65, 66 AND 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
