Apartment Unit 502, COVE CAY CONDOMINIUM TWENTY-SIX SIXTEEN VILLAGE 1, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3937, Page 79, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 67 through 70, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on April 24, 2012.
