NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-014376-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Robert A. Castanheiro and Audrie M. Castanheiro, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, DUNBRIDGE WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 59 AND 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
