NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-016022-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Litton Loan Servicing LP, Plaintiff and Vivian T. Ohr a/k/a Viviant Ohr and Brian Northrup are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, SUNSET HIGHLANDS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
