NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-012491 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of August 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-B, Plaintiff and Christopher Inadomi a/k/a Chris Inadomi are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on April 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK E, PARKWOOD ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
