NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on February 20, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
Condominium Unit 26-102, THE WATERFORD AT PALM HARBOR, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 14071, Page 2149, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3510 Wembley Way, Apt. 102, Palm Harbor, Florida 34685.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 13th of April, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
