BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ERIC S. BLUM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC S. BLUM IF ANY; DYANNE L. OVERSTREET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DYANNE L. OVERSTREET IF ANY; PALMBROOKE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR IRWIN MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JOHN DOE N/K/A STEVE PARKS; JANE DOE N/K/A DOUG MCCULLOUGH, are defendants.
