NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005659CICI-19, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ERIC S. BLUM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC S. BLUM IF ANY; DYANNE L. OVERSTREET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DYANNE L. OVERSTREET IF ANY; PALMBROOKE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR IRWIN MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JOHN DOE N/K/A STEVE PARKS; JANE DOE N/K/A DOUG MCCULLOUGH, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, PALMBROOKE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 35 THROUGH 39 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
