NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-015625, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and RAUL MARROQUIN; LA PLAYA ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; CARLA FERRER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of April, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, OF LA PLAYA ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE (S) 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
