NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2010, and entered in Case No. 10-6682-CO-054 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and HAROLD FRIEDMAN and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAROLD FRIEDMAN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Lot 1, Block 44, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance wit, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF-UNIT TWO, a Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 3071, Pages 647 et seq., as amended and the Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 1 to 8 inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
