NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2010 and entered in Case No. 52 2009 CA 015861 CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and NATE BURKEY, ET AL. are the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 4th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13, BLOCK D, ARCADIA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
