NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09016948 CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and RAMONA A. JOSWIAK, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1, Building 3753, VISTA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4961, Page 1534, all attachments and amendments thereto and according to the condominium plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 38, Page 122, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as stated in said Declaration of Condominium appurtenant to the above Condominium unit.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
