NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 2, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 09-001929-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and RAUL ALVAREZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; LANSBROOK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES AT LANSBROOK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on April 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
