PFORDRESHER A/K/A THOMAS PFORDRESHER; LAURA SCHMIDT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; BAY ISLE KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on April 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 12108 OF BAY ISLE KEY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 07/26/2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15264, PAGE 2218, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
