NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Second Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-002545-CI-020 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HERITAGE BANK OF FLORIDA is the Plaintiff, and JOHN B. MARINO and NITA MARINO as tenant-in-possession, are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on May 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Second Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, of Waterford Estates, according to the map or plan thereof recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 57, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
THIS IS VACANT LAND AND NON-HOMESTEAD
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
