NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29th day of February, 2012, entered in the above styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of April, 2012, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property:
Unit No. D of Building 3001 of Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 3A, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 3, as recorded in Official Records Book 4962, page 1643, as amended by that certain amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5009, page 522, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Page 8 all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in the said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenance to the above described unit.
