NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-6229-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Town Shores of Gulfport, No. 209, Inc. is Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees and Assignees of Norma Jean Kovach, Deceased, Lienors, Creditors, and all other Parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against Norma Jean Kovach, Deceased are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 27, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Embassy House, Unit 804, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 209, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, pages 40 through 42, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3916, page 191 et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. Together with parking space #52 to be quit claim only
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
