NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2012 entered in Case No. 09-9367-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAL HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KEVIN A. POHOLSKY and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 27, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 99 of BAL HARBOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 15222, Page 1760, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
