NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52 2010 CA 000185 DIV. 011 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, KAREN S. PRICE A/K/A KAREN S. DUCATTE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 20TH day of April 2012, the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK “F”, OAKHURST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
