NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-6390-CO-42 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, MERCEDES MERCADO, and, TANYA MERCADO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 27, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit Number B, Building 3 and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the certain Declaration of Condominium of the Gardens of Forest Lakes, A Condominium Phase III, as recorded in Official Records Book 6084, Pages 683 through 732, amended in O.R. Book 6202, Pages 1052-1056; and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 91, Pages 16-18, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
