NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2209-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CAROL A. STERNER; LEIGHANN SCHAFFER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEIGHANN SCHAFFER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL A. STERNER N/K/A GARY STERNER are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit B3, Building No. 128 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, Village I-#1, a Condominium, Phase XVIII, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5702, Page 1317, and as amended by amendment No. 6 recorded in O.R. Book 5764, Page 123, and according to Condominium Plat book 74, Pages 57 through 61, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto; the street address of which is: 1353 Pine Ridge Circle East #B3 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
