NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-8375-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SHIPWATCH SEVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and ANNE MARIE HORTON; BRIAN M. HORTON and BANK OF AMERICA, NA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
All that certain Condominium situate in the county of Pinellas and State of Florida, being known as Unit 1733, Building 11300, Phase 4, and an undivded interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Shipwatch Seven, a Condominium and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. book 7771, Page 1640 et esq. as amended by Condominium Plat Book 111, Page 14 et seq as amended by Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 11300 Harbor Way #1733 Clearwater, FL 33774.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
